The Fe26 project brings together an interdisciplinary group of people to exchange knowledge and practices around metal as matter, material, and object in conjunction with locus, crafts and identity. The inherited earth residency is part of the Fe26 project, a collective research program by the NWMW NPO team that seeks to highlight the relationship between man and matter. In a barren and intensely diverse area of the island of Tinos, (Exo Meria), NWMW NPO invites creators from all cultural fields to reside and create an on-site project ephemerally for two weeks. However, we ask all the selected artists to pay a £180 participation fee.ĭeadline 27 February 2023 Gallery NAT, London, United Kingdom What you get: Exhibition of your work within a professional gallery setting, media promotion, exhibition venue fee, opening ceremony, artwork mantling/dismantling.įee: There is no submission fee. Through art and reflection, this exhibition invites us to immerse ourselves in the diversity of flora and fauna, appreciate the delicate balance of ecosystems, and cultivate a deeper connection to the natural world as we move forward in a post-pandemic era. As we navigate a new normal, we are reminded of nature's vital role in our lives, providing solace, nourishment, and a sense of belonging.

Inspired by our collective urge to return to the wilderness, we explore the relationship between nature, human identity, and connection in the aftermath of a global crisis in this exhibition. The pandemic era has shifted our perspectives and highlighted the interconnectedness of all beings, including the natural world. Additionally, you will get to engage in meet-and-greet events with curators, mentors, judges and artists.ĭeadline 27 February 2023 The Human Impacts Institute, NYC
